This is a very interesting pan to have in your kitchen. If you struggle with making the perfect omelets like I have then this would be great for you to have. I have always struggled before so I usually make sunny side up or scrambled eggs but they do get boring after a while.

The frittata/omelet pan is also great for making grilled cheese sandwich or a Panini. The pan is made in Korea and made without PFOA. It has been approved by FDA and European Food Safety Authority. European, which I heard is very strict than the FDA in the USA so I am very happy and confident in using the pan without worrying about any chemicals getting into my food. The non-stick is awesome. I have made frittata the other day and was able to flip with nothing sticking to the pan. I even made hash brown with this since it is easy to flip with this pan. It is finally perfectly browned on both sides. If you have struggle with flipping whatever you need to flip in your pan, I would suggest you to get this unique pan.

The best part about the pan, it’s purple! It’s my favorite color so I love how it look on the pan. According to TeChef, aubergine purple symbolizes glory and splendor, which is very interesting definition because it described the pan perfectly. The only downfall is the handle being hot to touch when you need to close the pan and flip it. I would recommend you to wear gloves to do that. I highly recommend this type of pan for people who been wanting to make the perfect frittata, omelet, or need help with the flipping.
